Day 183. Roofing (felt)

Yesterday Pete said the roofers were coming; by 10:30 they haven't so I phone Bob, who assures me that they are. When I leave at 1 they still haven't turned up and I'm unimpressed. But, when I get back they have felted it over and left, so I guess thats OK.
